Lately the health care debate (or shouting match as is more accurate) has been dominated by corporate thugs and the crazies that they foster.
People forget that big business has always used hired muscle to keep people in line and to protect their profits. That's how Pinkerton's got its start. That was the business response to unions in the 19th and 20th centuries, and it looks like we are up for the same old thing with health care in the 21st century.
At least Obama is speaking up now. He needs to be talking this up daily to get past the right wing noise machine.
