It's a sad statement about our world when the only place you can get the truth is from the fake news.
This is the sort of thing that we should have been hearing from our representatives, and from "serious" reporters. How sad is it that we only find this kind of discourse on the Daily Show?

Hey, a Mushtaq sighting!
It's a helluva note that for the last 8 years a comedian was the only person unafraid to speak truth to the Bush dictatorship.
His excoriation of Cramer was wonderful to watch.
Big changes are coming.
But hasn't history always shown that the only person who could dare speak the truth was the jester?
He also provides more minutes of hard news per hour than any of the network news shows according to CJR. And that is fucking tragic.
